We have been at the forefront of balancing three competing, complementary interests: those of the investor and those of the communities. We have completed green and brownfield projects with local companies and international corporates from stock exchanges around the globe, and our participation in regional and local mining indabas keeps us at the front of the field.

A flagship practice
We advise on brownfield and greenfield projects, the Mines and Minerals Act, the Joint Venture Act [22:22], indigenisation, the registration of mining claims, and due diligence, bringing local capacity and international connectivity to every mineral matter under one roof.
